How to offer free calendar bookings

A free sleep assessment call is often the first real conversation you have with a tired parent. Here is how to let families book one straight from your page.

You will need a funnel page (see How to create an opt-in page) and an event (see How to set up your calendar events).

Step 1: add the calendar

1. Go to your funnel and click Edit page on the page where parents should book.
2. In the left panel, scroll to the Calendar element and drag it onto your page.
3. Click the element. Under Event, choose the event parents can book. With only one event in your account, it is selected for you.

Step 2: customize the three booking steps

Parents move through three steps, and you can change the text of each one in the left panel.

Calendar: parents see your open dates and pick a time.

• Headline and sub-headline.
• The text on the Next step button.
• Time format: 12 or 24 hour clock.

Form: parents enter their details, such as name and email.

• Headline and sub-headline.
• The text on the submit button.
• Custom questions: click the blue box to add a question, such as "How old is your little one?" Tick Mandatory to make it required. You can add more form fields too.

Thank you: parents see a confirmation with their call details.

• Sub-headline.
• Redirect: send parents to the next step of your funnel, to a web address of your choice, or keep them on the confirmation screen.

Click Save at the top right before you leave the editor.

Emails you and the parent receive

• A booking confirmation, sent straight away.
• Reminders, based on the schedule you set for the event. By default 24 hours and 1 hour before the call. You can change or remove these in your event settings.
