How to set up a free trial

A free trial lets parents try a subscription or payment plan before their first payment, such as a week of free access to your sleep support membership.
You will need a payment page. See How to create and configure a price plan.
Free trial on a subscription
- Choose Subscription as the price plan type.
- Set the trial length in days, weeks, months or years.
- Add the price plan to your offer and save.
The trial period is the free time before the first charge.
Free trial on a payment plan
Set it up the same way, choosing Payment plan, and add the number of payments. For example, a 7-week trial followed by 5 payments.
Click the Save button under the price plan when you are done.
