How to restore deleted contacts

Deleted someone by mistake? You have 30 days to bring them back.
Restore deleted contacts
- In the CRM menu, click Contacts.
- Click Recently deleted. You will see each deleted contact with the deletion date, email address, how they were removed and the date they will be deleted for good.
- Tick the contacts you want back, or use the filters on the left (Email, Deleted date, Removal method) to find them.
- Click Restore.
If the permanent deletion date says Not applicable, the contact still has access to a course or community. They stay in the system until this access is removed.
Check from your dashboard
In the Live updates feed in your dashboard sidebar, hover over a contact's email address. If they were deleted, you will see Contact removed and the date of removal. Click the email address to go straight to the Recently deleted page, where you can restore them.
