How to offer Klarna payments in SleepPRO™
Payment gateways
Klarna lets parents choose how to pay: now, later, in installments or with longer financing, depending on where they live. It is popular in countries such as Germany and the Netherlands.
You will need Stripe connected to SleepPRO™. See How to connect your Stripe account to SleepPRO™.
1. Turn on Klarna in Stripe
- In Stripe, click Settings, then Payments, then Payment methods.
- Scroll to Klarna, click Disabled, then Enable.
2. Check your currency
- Buyers: countries Klarna supports.
- Subscriptions: yes.
- Your Stripe account must be registered in a country Klarna supports.
Currencies by your business location:
- United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: your local currency only (USD, CAD, AUD, NZD).
- UK, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania: EUR, GBP, DKK, NOK, SEK, CZK, PLN, RON or CHF.
- Eurozone (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain): EUR, GBP, DKK, NOK, SEK, CZK, PLN, RON or CHF.
3. Turn on Klarna in your funnel
With Klarna on in Stripe and a supported currency, Klarna appears in your funnel settings.
- Open your funnel and click Settings.
- Tick Klarna (Stripe) and click Save.
Klarna now shows on your order form.
With a payment plan, the first payment happens at checkout. The next installments are charged to the parent's saved Klarna payment method each cycle.
The Country field is required. Klarna uses it to check eligibility. Make sure it is on and mandatory. See How to add a form field and a form element to your page.
