My domain name is not approved
Custom domains
Added your domain and it is still not approved? Here is how to check what is going on.
You will need a domain added to your SleepPRO™ account.
Check your records
Your domain needs two CNAME records at your domain provider. Check they are in place and working:
- Open DNS Checker (dnschecker.org).
- Copy one of the hostnames from your domain settings in SleepPRO™ and paste it in the search field.
- Choose CNAME and click Search.
- Repeat for the second record.
Both records should show the target values from your SleepPRO™ domain settings.
DNS changes can take 24 to 48 hours to spread across the internet.
Once your domain works and is set up correctly, it is approved within 24 hours. If not, go through How to connect your domain to SleepPRO™ again, or Integrating your subdomain with SleepPRO™ for a subdomain.
Add your domain with www in front, for example www.yoursleepbusiness.com. Without www, the setup is wrong and will not be approved.
