How to integrate your Twilio account with SleepPRO™

Connect Twilio to send text messages from your automations, for example a reminder the day before a sleep assessment call.
You will need a Twilio account.
- Click your profile picture, then Settings.
- Scroll to Integrations and click Twilio.
- Enter your Twilio SID (the ID of your Twilio account) and your Twilio Auth Token (a secret key). Find both in your Twilio dashboard under Account info.
- Click Save.
A popup shows the connection date, status and your Twilio sender number. Your Twilio account now shows in SleepPRO™. Click Twilio to see these details, or Disconnect to remove it.

Your Twilio number needs to be able to send messages and be verified for the countries you text.
Keep your Auth Token private. If you change your Twilio details, update them in SleepPRO™.
