How to create a pipeline
Pipeline
A pipeline shows where each family is on the way to working with you, from first contact to booked client. It helps you follow up at the right moment, so no parent slips through the cracks.
Create a pipeline
- In the CRM menu, click Pipelines, then Create.
- Name your pipeline, set your steps and click Save.
Every new pipeline starts with six steps, which you can rename and reorder:
- New leads: new contacts you found.
- Initial contact made: you have reached out, for example after their sleep assessment call request.
- Proposal sent: you sent your package recommendation.
- Negotiation: you are discussing the details.
- Deal won: the parent booked.
- Deal lost: the parent decided not to go ahead.
Add contacts
- By hand: go to a step and click Add a contact. Choose an existing contact or enter a new one, click Next, choose the contact and click Save.
- Automatically: use an automation rule to add a contact to a step, or move them to the next one.
You can also drag contacts from one step to another.
Add notes
Click a contact, then the Notes icon. Write your note, such as a summary of your call, and click Save. You see all earlier notes here, and can edit, pin or delete them with the icons next to each one.
