How to configure the sending of webinar emails

Hosting a webinar, such as a free class on surviving the 4 month regression? Here is how to set up the emails registrants receive.

You will need a webinar registration page.

1. Open your webinar registration page and click the Emails tab.
2. Click + Create.
3. Set up the email:

• Add attachments if you like.
• Choose what sends it: Registration to webinar or Webinar starts.
• Set a delay, for example 15 minutes before the webinar starts.
• Set the exact time it sends.
• Paste variables into your email:
• {webinar_show_link}: the link to the webinar session.
• {webinar_replay_link}: the link to the replay.
