How to automate the sending of an email sequence (email campaign)

Here is how to start a campaign automatically, for example when a parent downloads your free guide or buys your sleep package.

You will need a campaign (see How to set up an email campaign) and a contact list.

1. In the menu bar, hover over Automations and click Rules.
2. Click Create.

Add a trigger

The trigger is what starts the automation. Click + and choose the one for the parents you want to reach:

1. Parents who sign up on your opt-in page, form or popup: choose Funnel step form subscribed and pick your page.
2. Parents who bought from you: choose New sale.
3. Contacts who get a certain tag: choose Tag added. The tag needs to be added after you create the rule.

Add the action

1. Click + to add an action.
2. Choose Subscribe to campaign.
3. Pick your campaign.
4. Click Save rule at the top right.
